The training trip will aid in determining the lineup for Rockland Rowing's guaranteed entry, the women's youth four with coxswain, as well as any new entries from the lottery process for the The Head of the Charles Regatta which takes place the following month. The trip also provides valuable race course awareness and a wonderful team building opportunity.
