Rockland Rowing will open its doors to anyone who wishes to try rowing for FREE!

Bring a friend and come on out!  Participants will learn the rowing stroke on land and how to use the equipment before transitioning to the water. 

"We hope this first time rowing experience will translate to a lifelong love of the sport," says rowing director Melissa Boyd.

Participants must pre-register.
