Please review and complete the registration process prior to your first day. Your checklist includes: registration and payment for a specific program, application for financial aid if applicable, completion of compliance forms, USRowing membership if applicable, and review of the safety and park entrance information below. USROWing’s membership and waiver
Some Rockland Rowing participants are required to have a current USRowing membership and waiver on file, click here to register or renew it. When prompted, the club code is HRV4T. Please see list below for requirements:

USRowing Basic membership required ($9.75 admin fee):
Youth Development team rowers
Adaptive team rowers
U19 Competitive team rowers
USRowing Championship membership required ($45 fee for ages 26 and under, $65 for ages 27 and over):
U19 Competitive team rowers who are competing at Youth or Club Nationals
U23 rowers

Location
Practices take place at Rockland Lake State Park - at the south complex in our new rowing center, access from lot #4. During certain times of the year the park collects a daily entrance fee for those without an Empire Pass, click here for more information.
