As a junior (2016-17)
Won the inclusive double with a teammate from the adaptive team at the IDR... Finished 20th in the pair at the USRowing Youth National Championships... Captured bronze in the novice single sculls at the Head of the Schuylkill... Finished in the top half of the field in the women's youth four at the Head of the Charles... Rowed 100 miles during Rockland's winter training trip in Austin, Texas... Won gold in the novice (2k) event at Ironmen Erg Classic.

Personal
Ariel's most memorable sporting achievement is mastering her first box jump... The most influential people in her sporting career have been previous team captains... In her free time Ariel volunteers at a local hospital and acts as Vice President of her school's student council... She attend Lehigh University and plans to study biology with the long term goal of becoming a pediatrician.
