Mon-Fri @ 4pm to 6pm, and Saturdays @ 7:30 to 9:30 am. Swimming test required and will be scheduled by coaches. We ask that rowers be at Rockland Lake 10 minutes before practice starts. 3 month subscription

Please note we will be charging racing fees separately for those wishing to participate in regattas.
