Practices at Rockland Lake Mon-Fri @ 4pm to 6pm, and Saturdays @ 7:30 to 9:30 am. Swimming test will be required and scheduled. We ask that rowers be at Rockland Lake 10 minutes before practice starts.

Please note that racing fees will be charged separately for those wishing to participate in regattas.
