Practices at Rockland Lake Mon-Fri @ 4pm to 6pm, and Saturdays @ 7:30 to 9:30 am. Swimming test will be required and scheduled. We ask that rowers be at Rockland Lake 10 minutes before practice starts. Practices will switch to Mon-Fri @ 7:30 to 9:30am, and Saturdays @ 7:30 to 9:30 am once school is out for summer.

Please note that racing fees will be charged separately for those wishing to participate in regattas.
