Monday through Friday - 12 rowers max per week - $250 per week

6 separate weekly learn to row programs available. Each week is a separate payment of $250. You will have to buy this program for each week your rower will be participating. Please email info@rocklandrowing.org with the week/s you are interested in.

Swimming test will be required and scheduled. We ask that rowers be at Rockland Lake 10 minutes before practice starts. No racing fee is required for this program one time payment.
