Rockland Rowing runs free Intro-to-Row sessions on the first Saturday of each month. During the winter months we run this session indoors at NYSC in the Palisades Mall, from 12-1pm. Participants will learn proper technique on rowing machines from our rowing coaches and will be able to explore their interest in rowing in our programs.
