We welcome teens, adults and children as well as those with physical and cognitive disabilities to get a free lesson on the indoor rowing machine, learn more about the sport and meet our coaches, staff and current team members. 

Rowing offers something for everyone whether your goal is to improve your fitnesses, manage stress, meet new people or get recruited to row in college, Rockland Rowing can help you!
